money orders, checks or credit cards. Please use the shopping cart below to order your membership. If you would prefer to mail in your membership fee, please print our Mail Order Form. NOTE: payment is to be made in US funds. Please include your login name and password in the Notes section of the Mail Order Form. If this is a Gift for someone please add that in the note section and we can sign them up with a password and login name. | When does my membership start at Mary's Pattern Club? | Upon my receipt of your payment, I will send you the information to sign up for a user and password once that's done, then I approve your info you notify you immediately, and will be able to access the club pattern site. (Checks will be held until cleared.) |
| Refund Policy | If you
are not completely satisfied with your membership, Monthly
memberships are non-refundable. Semi-annual membership refund will be based on the monthly membership fee of $5.00, then prorated for each month of membership thereafter. Annual membership refund will be determined on the length of membership at time of cancellation and reverted back to the monthly or semi-annual membership fees, then prorated for each month of membership. |
