Orange Coaster
Materials:
G/4 1/4mm steel hook
4-ply worsted weight yarn orange & Brown
Yarn needle
Stitches:
Reverse
Single Crochet -
Working from left to right (opposite for
left hander's), insert hook in stitch to the right of hook, pull up a loop,
under and to the left of loop on hook (2 loops on hook), yo, draw through
both loops on hook to complete the stitch.
Finished Size:
4 1/2" around

Using orange chain, join to form a ring
Rnd 1) Ch 2, (counts as first hdc), hdc in ring 9 times, join in ch 2: 10 hdc.
Rnd 2) Ch 3, dc in same st, * 2 dc in next st; repeat from * around join in ch 3: 20 dc.
Rnd 3) Ch 2, hdc in same st, * 2 hdc in next st; repeat from * around join in ch 2 40 hdc.
Rnd 4) Ch 3, dc in first st, * dc in next st; repeat from * around join in ch 3: 40 dc.
Rnd 5) Ch 1, Reverse Single Crochet - Working from left to right (opposite for left hander's), insert hook in stitch to the right of hook, pull up a loop, under and to the left of loop on hook (2 loops on hook), yo, draw through both loops on hook to complete the stitch.
End weaving in all ends.
take brown and thread using a yarn needle
in one of the rsc weaving around a few times and tie and tuck ends into orange. also can take small amt of tacky glue for extra hold.
