Rnd 1) chain 2, hdc around band 41 times, join in ch 2: 42 hdc.

Rnd 2) working in back loops this rnd, ch 2, counts as first hdc, hdc in same st, hdc in next two sts, * 2 hdc in next st, hdc in next 2 sts; repeat from * around join in ch 2: 56 hdc.

end weaving in all ends.

Rnd 3) using other color, working in un worked loops, join in any loops chain 1, sc in same st, sc in nxt 2 sts, * 2 sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts; repeat from * around join in ch 1: 56 sc.

end weaving in all ends.
