Contract For Selling your Patterns At C

We offer two exciting ways to sell your patterns at C & M Crafts!

1. A link can be provided to your patterns in the proper categories from 
C & M Crafts.  
Links are only $10.00 per year for each listing.

2. Avoid the work, time and commitment needed to sell your own patterns by
letting me sell them for you.

      $10.00 = one year for each link in appropriate category on pattern
page(s).

Contract For Selling your Patterns At C & M Crafts

1.) These patterns have to be your own original designs

2.) You will get 45% of the sales for each pattern sold.

3.) I will print and send all patterns sold. ( I will store your patterns on a CD with the pattern and info you send me)

4.) Checks will be sent out quarterly (monthly), unless earnings are less than $10.00.

5.) I will need the pattern, how much it should sell for, ( the pattern), and a picture of each item you want me to sell. ( you can send by mail or E-mail )
Note: I prefer them to be on CD as this will be easier for me to work with., but will take them as above also. Note: if you have a few patterns I will also list them on a separate page for you with your name, in the category.

6.) I will do all the selling and advertising for you.

7.) You'll receive revenue for all patterns sold as long as I'm in business.

8.) You will hold all copyright on your own patterns.

9.) I will sell for you, Crochet, Filet, Plastic canvas, Sewing, Knitted patterns, bear patterns, tatting, cross stitch, doll patterns, wood patterns and more.
If we don't have a category listed for your patterns we will add one for you.

10.) I Mary Blake will not be responsible for any designs the might otherwise be in copyright.

11.) Please fill this affidavit out and mail to me, before I add your patterns to C & M Crafts Pattern Site.

"C & M Crafts requires that all sellers sign a legal affidavit stating that

they are, in fact, the designer of all patterns they offer for sale on this

site. Questions concerning disputes over pattern design origin should be

referred to us and a copy of the affidavit will be supplied."
