Flower Fridgie or pocky

Materials:
G/6-4.25mm steel hook
4-ply worsted wt yarn ( used yellow, purple)
magnet or small rnd dowel cut to length desired

Gauge: Not important to overall size

Stitches: sc

using yellow

Ch 3, join to form a ring.

Rnd 1) ch 1, sc in ring 7 times, join in ch 1: 8 sc.

Rnd 2) ch 1, ( working in back loops this rnd only), sc in same st, sc in next st, * 2 sc in next st, sc in next st; repeat from * around join in ch 1: 12 sc.

end weaving in all ends.

Using purple

Working in front loops on rnd 1

Join purple ch 12, slst in next front loop, * ch 12, slst in next st; repeat from * around join: 8 - ch 12's

Do not end

Rnd 2) slst in rnd 2, ch 12, slst in next st, * ch 12, slst in next st; repeat from * around join: 8 - ch 12's.

end weaving in all ends.

for fridgie: hot glue magnet to back of fridgie

For pocky: slip dowel in back of flower in yellow top and bottom rnds to hold it in place or clue it to pocky.
