Bead Coaster

Materials:
red heart worsted weight yarn, ( red, white, blue)
G-6-4.25mm steel hook

Finishing Materials:
Pony beads - 4 - red, 4 - white, 4 - blue

Finished Size: 4 1/2" around

Gauge: Not important to overall size

Skill Level: easy

Coaster: using red ch 3 join to form a ring

Rnd 1) Ch 3, ( counts as first dc), dc in ring 11 times, join in ch 3: 12 dc

Rnd 2) ch 4, ( counts as first dc, ch 1), *dc in next st, ch 1; repeat around join in ch 3 of 4: 12 dc - 12 ch 1 spaces.

End red - join white in any dc st

Rnd 3) ch 5, (counts as first dc, ch 2), *dc in next dc st, ch 2: repeat from * around join in ch 3 of 5: 12 dc - 12 ch 2 spaces.

Rnd 4) Ch 4, (counts as first dc, ch 1) * dc in ch space, ch 1, dc in dc space, ch 1; repeat from * around join in ch 3 of 4: 24 dc, 24 ch 1 spaces

End white weaving in all ends.

Edging with Beads: Take blue yarn and slip on 1 red, white and blue beads, repeat 3 more times

Join yarn in any dc st, Ch 1,* sl on bead, ch 3, sc in next dc st, ch 3, sc in next dc st; repeat from * around join in ch 1, end weaving in all ends:
